Emerald Angkor Siem Reap, Siem Reap

The hygiene is good during the holiday, the room has a bathtub, there is a swimming pool downstairs, and the front desk service is very good, but there are not many breakfast varieties. If you don't pursue the ultimate, it's still good.

There are cold towels and tea for check-in, take the initiative to bring your luggage to check-in, the front desk and service staff are polite, clean and tidy every day and fold your clothes

The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely the service staff, which is intimate and very friendly. There will be tea and wet towels when you come back, but the pillows are really too high and too loose to support. Although it looks remote, there are many delicious and well-known restaurants nearby within a five-minute walk. The restaurants that open at six o'clock are worth exploring.

The best service I have ever seen in a hotel, compared with anywhere in the world!Fantastic pool, very nice room , full of details (flower pedals, personalized welcome letter etc),1 euro tuk tuk from the busy city center or 10-15 minutes walk.Definetely if ever back to Siem Reap I will repeat!Thank you!

Thank you! Disadvantages: -

Very friendly staff . The welcome drink was great. The staff provided all the information with great enthusian. I felt the care. The rooms are very clean, cosy and quiet at night. The manager is very helpful . I lost my card, not sure if it was in the hotel. I called him after check out to check the cctv , he followed up promptly and confirmed he checked the cctv and called me back.

All the staff are super friendly
In fact, I want to say that the character of the Cambodian people is really very good, gentle and humble.
Especially the little brother in the restaurant is very nice and his palm has been injured, which makes people admire his bravery very much.

I was probably out of luck. On the day I checked in, there were more than 20 dogs barking outside the hotel all night.I can hardly sleep.Of course this is not a problem with the hotel.

By the way, the restaurant is also delicious and the price is reasonable. The fried rice ordered for美金4.50 is delicious

Advantages: We absolutely loved our stay at Emerald Angkor Siem Reap! We stayed for 11 nights and honestly could not fault our experience.
We spent many of our days relaxing by the beautiful pool, sipping on the most delicious mango smoothies made by Neth. Neth was such a lovely, friendly staff member and definitely helped make our stay extra special. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely wonderful – so welcoming, kind and attentive throughout our entire stay.
Every day when we returned, we were greeted at reception with a refreshing cold towel and cold tea, which was such a lovely touch, especially after being out in the Cambodian heat!
Our room was fantastic – very large, spacious and comfortable, with a HUGE bathroom, which we absolutely loved. Having so much space made it feel like a home away from home, particularly as we were staying for 11 nights.
The location was also perfect for us. It was around a 15-minute walk into town, or only about five minutes by tuk tuk, so everything was very easy to get to while the hotel itself still felt peaceful and relaxing.
We genuinely have no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful pool, spacious rooms, fantastic location and, most importantly, wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome.
10/10 from us. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap! Highly recommended.

It's a great hotel. Every staff member is very warm and friendly. Every staff member you meet will greet you warmly, and you will be handed towels and tea when you return to the hotel every day.The hotel is reasonably priced, fully equipped and easy to travel. It is within walking distance of the airport bus stop. It must be my first choice for coming to Siem Reap again.

Advantages: I say it with absolute conviction: it is the hotel where I have felt treated the best in my life. The facilities are perfect, the cleanliness impeccable, the breakfast delicious and the staff is simply adorable. 10/10

We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was incredible: the facilities, the breakfast, the room, and specially the service. Indeed, the kindness of the personal is impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel in Siem Riep, it’s the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

The hotel is amazing. We have spent 3 nights there and I must say that the service is magnificent, the staff is very nice and attentive, the facilities are beautiful and it is located a very short distance from the main street with markets and restaurants.
Very highly recommended, definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Advantages: The hotel is beautiful and you walk into an oasis of tranquility. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable matrasses and silent airco. The bathroom was perfect. The team of Mr Luan is very friendly, accommodating and supportive. Finally the swimming pool is gorgeous and slightly chilled. This hotel was exactly what we needed at this moment in our journey through SEA. A perfect moment to relax and rejuvenate. Disadvantages: Take your time to properly explain your travel plans and desires to the team. They understand English, but might have to consult with each other. Be patient, take your time and a few reiterations and it will work out fine.

Advantages: The facilities are amazing, the staff are very kind, they are always willing to help, and give you the best experience. You can rest, it’s quiet.
The price-quality ratio is exceptional.

Advantages: A great team and a great kindness. The pool is very nice. Our room was very clean and the location perfect. My son had forgotten his travel bag in a hotel in Phnom Penh, the Manager immediately took matters into his own hands. We picked up the bag the next day! Thank you for everything!
